This was my first order with Appelboom. Appelboom was a pleasure to deal with. They promptly answered all my email inquires. After placing my original order, I decided I wanted a different pen and they effortlessly accommodated me. Fortunately, they had not yet shipped out the pen I originally ordered (they were awaiting arrival of that pen from the mfg) I had requested the nib “tune & smooth”. Thefountain pen (Pelikan M800) wrote great right out of the box. I received the pen in California in 2 days via DHL after it was shipped. Included was a complimentary Appelboom pocket notebook & a couple of yummy, bite size, I assume Dutch brand cookies
