Course material needs updating- contains a lot of info is incorrect or outdated (sometimes by years) (for example, around super,payroll tax or long service leave).
Also things like sometimes they asked you to refer to certain pages, but these were not correct.
Some assessments were far too long and it was frustrating at times as it was not always clear what they wanted as an answer due to the wording of the question, or the financial year listed was incorrect etc, all which took up a lot of time.
One time I had to give an incorrect answer so that it matched the learner guide. I did add a note to my assessment and I believe the assessment has now been updated on their end.
I have worked in bookkeeping for 6 years so I know the material, but the wording of assessments made it so challenging to work out what was required. One time I was penalised for not copying and pasting an answer from the learner guide!
