I recently finished a course that unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations. One module was outdated and failed to include current tools essential for small business growth. Additionally, the financial planning section leaned heavily on theory without practical application. While I completed the course, I didn’t feel confident or equipped with useful skills. The trainer's condescending attitude made the learning environment uncomfortable, leading to reluctance in attending classes. I cannot recommend this course or provider without significant improvements.
