Our organization uses ZERO and majority of this course only used MYOB, it would of been helpful if there was a choice between the 2 to programs. I sometimes found that I had to wait for someone to get back to me to help with questions, especially when your time dedicated to the course is limited due to other factors, professionally and personal, also the time zones didn't help. Overall I did learn alot and using in my day to day role at my organisation.
