The question Trust Pilot prompts you with is, 'how would you rate your experience'? So let's keep that in mind when reading this review. I'll start with my thoughts on the products, as I have a cabinet full of them. Most are okay, not third party lab tested, so not gold standard. But that doesn't mean they are trash and the vanilla protein powder, is amazing.
But it's also at the center of the reason I rated my 'experience' a 2 star one. So I get the subscritas it's cheaper and I'll buy it again because it's good. Well, sorry it tastes nice, quality I cannot say. Labs are still out.
But when you order with the subscrtthey send free shaker bottle and creatine or whatever is on offer that month. So one month, nothing came and after reaching out, I was given some nonsense reply about there not being anything on offer that month. I corrected the AN rep in my reply and sent a screenshot. Then they said, well....when you have a subscription you don't get the free stuff after the first order. Which again I pushed back on because I got something the second time I received a subscription delivery.
I then got an email indicating that the subscription gave a big discount, that's the benefit,no free items.
Okay,I'm not gonna battle this person because I'm 50, I've been training over 30 years, so I know there are plenty of options. So I'm running low now on protein and decide to see what's out there.
What do you know......right on ANs website when you select subscription for protein, it literally says free gift with every order.
So I was lied to, and no product or correction was ever issued.
