I purchased the Certified Residential Licensing Subscription (105 hrs.) and had a hard time just accessing the courses. Nothing showed on my dashboard, and support had no idea how to help. I finally figured out on my own that you have to manually add each course to the cart and check out for $0.00; which isn’t explained anywhere. The lack of clear directions and unhelpful support made the process much harder and more time-consuming than it should’ve been.
