Don’t trust them. They lied to me with regards to what my membership covered. “Edit” - I see your response. You should know exactly what I’m referring to. The only real difference is the date. I don’t know how that date was in there. My experience was this past summer when I went to enroll in courses for my Broker’s renewal. At that time you said “your membership only includes appraisal courses, not broker’s courses”. When actually I was initially told that my “fee” would include any and all courses (appraisal and broker) for a period of 2 years. When I complained, you even knew who the original “salesperson” was, since I kept a record of the conversation. Those are the facts. I told you I would express my displeasure and state the facts on social media. You didn’t care. So there are the facts. The only way you can correct the situation is by admitting I was duped, and refunding some of what I paid.
