Everything went as should. Good value and course content (and current). Great Cust Svc; always get a real, and helpful, voice on the phone.Did try (a few different times) to complete the course survey at the end but link went to a blank page (but did have the Mckissock Logo header). Was still able to get my Cert. thanks.Minor gripe is the $25.00 fee a bit high to re certify to another state.
