I think what I really appreciated about Apres is having a company that listens. They produce great products, that's why I purchase from them but when I had an issue and emailed them, not only were they fast to respond but also tried to rectify the issue best they could and I appreciated that. I think if more brands did this and realized that ppl are supporting companies that listen and take customer criticism/opinions in account it can only better them.
