If these clowns offer to take care of your yard do yourself a favor and run! They will lock you into a contract or else you have to pay back the entirety of your first service, which is insanely high! I ended up waiting until I fulfilled my end of the contract before cancelling. They tried to say I still owed the money for the initial service, but thankfully I kept meticulous records that I had a full year of service so they eventually backed down. If you end up in a contract read that thing front to back and keep records or they WILL try to keep you in the contract or charge you additional fees.
I ended up using a local service here in town for less than half the price. Don't bother with these high priced high pressure sales that locks you into a long term contract.
