It was good until it wasn't....long story short, my dog loves 'A Pup Above' but their customer service and their subscription service needs major improvement. I got double-shipped a big shipment of food (7lb/$300 order x 2) and am very upset due to 1) being charged twice within days of each other and 2) I have no room for 14lbs of frozen food in my fridge!! I emailed customer service saying that I did not authorize the 2nd subscription shipment that was placed at 2am (I was asleep when the additional subscription/order was placed) and their response was 'Did you perhaps hit the 'send now' button?' indicating that I had maybe made a mistake and accidentally ordered more food in my sleep?!?! They will do nothing but say 'sorry the shipment has already been shipped.' I am beyond frustrated with this whole situation. It's upsetting because my dog loves the food but I refuse to continue spending my hard earned money on a company that refuses to do right by their customers. Save yourself the trouble, don't sign up for their subscription plan...as evidenced by other negative reviews here. It's a shit-show.
