David and his team at Aqua Living have been superb throughout, from my initial test swim, through the consultation regarding options, and also through the delivery process. On the latter, this was during the pandemic and shipping crisis, so whilst there were delays, these were macro global issues, and David kept us informed throughout with realistic timelines. The consultation around delivery and installation was thorough and left us in no doubt of the process. Aftercare has also been great (the SwimSpa was delivered and installed about six weeks ago), and we continue to receive advice on matters such as chemical purchases and maintenance for the unit. (We purchased the Vortex Aqualap ProPlus)
