We approached Aquabathrooms following a design consultation with Total Bathrooms in Bath. Leigh came and had a look at our plans and current bathroom and put together a quote for the work taking into account our concerns. Fast forward to the install and Rich came to install the new bathroom. It's quite a small space and I was worried about everything fitting and we did uncover a couple of surprises throughout the instillation (love joists) but Rich was able to overcome these and we've ended up with a great looking bathroom. After the instillation we did have a minor leak but Rich popped around and sorted it right away and we're all good.
