The bathroom purchased via Total, fitting arrangements via Leigh at Aqua.Leigh makes the process stress free and allocated me a fitter, Duncan Rea. This guy is well worth waiting for if he’s unavailable at the time you want your bathroom done. WAIT UNTIL HES AVAILABLE!He works like a Trojan, doesn’t drop. He’s meticulous for detail and so willing and happy to explain why he is doing things and the advantages at having done so. As a bonus, he’s a breath of fresh air to have around, such a sense of humour and we laughed lots and moaned! I love a moan.The clincher was Douglas the Labrador took to him immediately and 10 minutes before arrival would sit patiently waiting.This guy is top notch. Thank you Aqua Bathrooms, you said I was in safe hands and 100% I was.
