Poor customer service...they sent me a faulty item, and I've been waiting over two months for a refund. I've sent several emails, but I've received no response after they initially promised a refund. The pricing is also outrageous compared to other platforms where I found similar items for much less. Don't trust their claims about returning defective products, and keep in mind this isn't even a domestic company.
