I really wish I had looked into this service before paying $19.95 for shipping on a 'free' water mat. I received emails stating it was on its way, but the tracking site only showed that the product label was received. After 90 days, the tracking number expired. The tracking service mentioned it had been unusually long since the package was sent and advised checking the carrier’s site for details. That site indicated that if a shipment isn’t delivered within 60 days, it’s considered lost. I emailed the seller twice to cancel the order and request a refund, but I received no response.
