My wife made an appointment for consultation. That was supposed to cost 500 SEK. The same day, she noticed that she was ill, and could not go. We therefore called early in the morning and cancelled.A couple of weeks later we got a bill for 950 SEK. They claimed that we hadn't cancelled in time.My first observation was that they charge almost twice as much if you don't come to a consultation.The second observation is that with this behaviour, they encourage people who are not healthy to come to the clinic. I will never go to a clinic that I know does this.I had to call several times to even get in touch with anyone at the clinic. Most of the time there was just a central switchboard that answred, and they knew nothing about billing.It seems that this is a group of loosely associated dentists with very little coordination.I was finally able to get them to cancel the bill after more than a week.As a response to your response:There is nothing you can say or do to restore my confidence in your organization.
