You'll find yourself dealing with unresolved issues for months, and they don't seem to care at all. Shipping takes an eternity, despite choosing air freight; it took over a month, leaving me to question why I didn't opt for sea freight—would that have taken a whole year? They rarely respond to messages unless you call, and their app has constant issues, often showing 'error 505'. My package was received but didn't show up in the app for two weeks. When I inquired, they suggested waiting 24 hours, but nothing changed. The charges are excessively high for such a small item. I would never recommend their services.
