We have had our spa for two years and it has not worked consistently for more than 2 weeks at any given time. I have contacted the dealer,Clearwater Spas who said the manufacturer is the only one that can help. In the first year they provide a new heater and circuit board within a month or so of the warranty running out because it was taking weeks to get them to answer our emails. I tried calling and left messages repeatedly. The spa is lucky to go more than two days before going into DY mode and not heating, this has happened even with a new filter and with NO filter in place so it’s not a matter of cleaning the filter. I would never buy from the manufacturer or dealer again. I basically wasted thousands of dollars on a bathtub that you need to keep resetting a day in advance of using it. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.UPDATE: Clearwater Spas/Aquarest outlet contacted me and after a couple of calls discussing the situation still ended things with you have to talk to the manufacturer to fix the spa or call a technician to come and diagnose and fix it. Dealers should be able to help with problems related to the products they sell. They confirmed Dreammaker the manufacturer is very difficult to contact. I don’t understand why a dealer would do business with a manufacturer that provides horrible customer service. I will try the better business bureau next as I don’t see another solution.
