The worst customer service I've ever had. They did not respond to any of my emails or phone calls UNTIL I filed a complaint. Their idea of 'making it right' was to pretend to send me another shipment of plants (I never received anything from them) and then ask that I remove my original review. "I've never had anyone go so hard on me for not sending out my products on time" after that guilt trip, I was told someone in their store had passed away making them get behind of shipments. It was so unprofessional. You ruined the gifts I had planned to give to my husband for his birthday then you gave me false hope you would make it right. What a joke. Good thing Paypal knows how to do the right thing and refunded me.
