I purchased the product based on the claim of a 100% Risk-Free Guarantee (which their website clearly states). I reached out to the support team via email and was told to keep using the product. After several weeks without any noticeable benefits, I contacted them to request a refund. I was informed that the refund policy is only valid for 60 days and that I had just 7 days to return it. Additionally, I was told that my shipment might be delayed due to snow, which would affect my refund. I was also informed that refunds are only available for unopened bottles. Ultimately, I felt pressured to accept a 50% refund without returning the product. I highly advise caution before making a purchase from this company.
