Ordered and paid for two swim suits, received only one. Reported this issue to retailer, but their response was only its under investigation. Its been well over two weeks ago since they begun investigation. I inquired several times about their findings, but the only response are automated emails.Now, I have to open a claim against them with my credit card issuer. Don't see any other option.Its daylight robbery and absolutely shambles service. Also customer service is a joke.I strongly advice, think twice before ordering anything from them.Update: they issued refund for missing costume, however refund showed up on my credit card as pending and then disappeared (???), gone just like that.
