I purchased a home that has a luna tub. The suction area was cracked on the euroclicker, so the tub would not hold water. It would slowly drain and never fully fill. I reached out to your customer service team, sent photos, told the person the exact month and year the tub was purchased. I was advised to order a euro clicker, which I did. The clicker was sent and it was not the correct size. I called 5 times, emailed at least 5 times with not one person getting back to me. To ignore customers, when the error was on your end is horrible customer service. I still do not have my updated clicker. It was a simple fix, that caused a silly level of frustration. They said it was shipped, and I hope this one arrives and works properly.
