I’ve ordered from this seller multiple times and generally received what I paid for without issues, for the most part, which is why this isn’t a 1-star review. However, I can't give higher than a 2-star because they’ve failed to follow through on a promise.A few months ago, I pointed out a pricing error on their site, and they appreciated the help—so much so that they promised to include a small extra item as a thank-you in my next order. That was three orders ago. Every time I followed up, I was reassured that the extra would be included “in the next one.” But here I am, multiple orders later, and still nothing.It’s not about the item itself—it’s about trust. If you say you’ll do something to show appreciation, especially when a customer goes out of their way to help, you should follow through. It leaves a bad taste when promises are made repeatedly but never kept.Hopefully they take this as constructive feedback and improve their communication and follow-through in the future.
