Recently received a wig from Arabella, completely dissatisfied with the unit. I reached out to their customer service team, completely dissatisfied with the service team as well. The photo of the hair on the website and their advertisement is a completely different color than the wig that arrived to me. This company is using false advertising to sell their wigs and then refuse a refund when proof is shown that the wig is not the color ordered.
