I have been working with Arabia Dropship for quite a while, and I have also worked with other dropshippers like Zambeel. Although Arabia Dropship’s product range is not as wide as others, their products are carefully selected—mostly winning products—and their prices are lower compared to Zambeel and others.The most important factor for me is the customer service at Arabia Grab. I am in contact with Ms. Alisha, and she is very friendly and professional. Any query is answered promptly (usually within 10 minutes), which truly matters to me. In contrast, other dropshippers like Zambeel offer customer support only from 9–5, and whenever I message them, the inbox is flooded with automated responses rather than replies from a real person. However, Arabia’s customer support is available almost 24 hours.I have also requested her many times to change the name of my store while I was experimenting with different ideas, and she has always been helpful and kind in handling all my requests and concerns.Overall, my experience with Arabia Dropship has been great, especially because of their customer support. The only improvement I would suggest is that they should launch 3–4 new products every week.
