My experience reflects the other negative reviews. The main issue is that the bottom piece keeps detaching. I'm on my second case after reporting the first one as defective, but the same problem has recurred! I've managed to find the piece each time it falls off, but I know it will eventually be lost permanently. While shipping was fine, the customer service comments ring true. All my replies seemed AI-generated and lacked a human touch. I'm done; once it falls off for good, I'll revert to my previous case that I know will protect my phone.
