The website indicated potential shipping delays, but I was fine with it as I didn't need the items until 12/4/2025. However, by 11/30/2025, I grew concerned and reached out via email. Their response mentioned a 72-hour wait for a reply. After following up, I received a message on 12/01/2025 stating that shipping typically takes 48 hours, but due to high volume, it could extend up to 12 days. This crucial detail was not mentioned on their site; had I known, I wouldn't have made the purchase, especially since I needed the items by 12/4. They claimed to have shipped it with expedited shipping, but the tracking email indicated a delivery window of 5-7 days. How is that expedited? Now, I won't have a gift for the birthday celebration. My suggestion is to save your money and look elsewhere, as their prices are already quite high. However, my daughter was really excited about this.
