I have three pairs, and even though I didn't buy any of them directly online, the customer service was fantastic when I had questions about my latest pair—very proactive, helpful, and quick! I live in sandals, and after struggling with plantar fasciitis, I thought I couldn't wear them again. However, after wearing supportive running shoes, I was able to return to sandals, but only those with proper support! I tried a cheap pair from a big retailer, but once I tried my first pair of these sandals, there was no comparison! They're incredibly comfortable and fit perfectly, even with wide feet. I wouldn't be without them!
