I ordered slides and got thongs. I was annoyed thinking of the hassle of returning them. I sent an email and instantly Evan responded. He requested a few details which I provided, he then organised the slides to be sent. He then surprised me by saying there was no need to return the order, which I was pleasantly surprised by.
