The sales representative was very knowledgeable. She worked with me over time to make sure I had samples to review and to minimize costly mistakes going forward. The product, faux wood shutters, when they arrived were excellent. I was even more impressed than I was with the sample product. Turn around time from when I placed my order was vary reasonable.
