Quality of item great but have to dock a star because under the delivery sections of website there is no indication that customs fees are paid by customer and at no point at checkout. Any reputable UK company I dealt with before always let you know. I thought this was not great. The items wind's up being more expensive then expected and free delivery is misleading. I understand we are responsible for customs but it's the lack of transparency around this that I was unhappy with.
