The poster took about 14 days to get here. I had to contact support for my shipment after about 10 days. It wasn't until I had to ask that any confirmation of my shipment was given to me. Even though I didn't get a response the fact that some sort of action took place is a plus. The image itself is grainy. The poster itself has creases. Not like creasing caused by rolling/shipment process, but like someone aggressively grabbed it. The only plus is that the paper itself is really good quality. For the price I paid, I think it should have been at least of better quality image wise and not so scuffed up/creased.
