(Original review)The package did not resist impact damage which resulted in the posters getting irreversible creases. Suggest you use rigid tubes for shipping. Had they not arrived damaged a better rating would’ve been given. (Update below)I just wanted to add, before much more time goes by, that a representative from Architeg Prints immediately reached out to me after learning of the damage in shipping issue. This company clearly cares about providing quality customer service and products. They are good communicators and have been very helpful and responsive. New posters have been shipped without any cost, and I'm very pleased with the way they've gone about rectifying the issue. I will use them again.
