I ordered a dress for a special occasion, and when it arrived, I began preparing for the event. However, as I started ironing it, I noticed that it was falling apart—the threads were coming undone on the seams on both sides. To make matters worse, I had ordered a size S but received a size M, which is far too big for me.I reached out to Arcina Ori customer support multiple times via email to address these issues, and it took them two weeks just to respond. They eventually provided me with a return label, so I sent the dress back. Now, over a week has passed, and I’ve yet to receive any response from them. I’ve followed up with 3–4 additional emails, and still, nothing.I’m now trying to dispute the transaction because, frankly, it feels like a waste of my time to keep emailing them and requesting a refund. This experience has been awful—easily the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. On top of that, the quality of their clothing is absolutely terrible. The dress was $180 on sale, but the full price was over $300! Honestly, a $15 Shein dress would be better than this one.NEVER AGAIN will I shop at Arcina Ori!
