Long long story short, I got a vinyl in the mail from these folks after they had paired with a new shipping partner. Shipping partner packaged the vinyl in a paper bag to mail it. Vinyl was damaged upon arrival. I emailed Arcline to see what they could do to fix the issue. Not only did I receive an email response on a Sunday within about 15 minutes, but they refunded me for the damaged vinyl and told me to keep the one I recieved. They also offered to replace it if I wanted. Good to see a company stand behind their ethics and products and will take responsibility when something out of the ordinary pops up. Regardless of the shipping error, I’d give this company 5 out of 5 stars for their excellent customer service! Keep it up!
