We went to see some insulated garden rooms but fell in love with the bbq hut so much that I went back the next day to order it. It was James who made our experience well worth it from start to finish by keeping us informed and accommodating our request to install it before a certain date. We’ve used it every week at least once or twice, even weekdays too, it’s so cosy and warm. My kids sit there to chill out with music, on their own or have friends over, well worth it. The installation team arrived around 7.30, I had to go to work later but they kept me informed by sending me pics of the installation. They showed my husband, how to use it when they finished around 1 pm and left the place tidy. Thank you James and the team.
