5 stars for quality of product but a big fat 1 for after care and service. I was moving home and wanted to take my 7sqm BBQ hut with me. I was initially quoted a price that then changed when it came to it and then told they didn’t offer this service anymore. So I had to use an external joiner who was excellent but this meant losing our guarantee. This for me was shocking! Then when advised i’d need a replenishment kit. I was told it was too big to send. So i drove from Watford to Derby, I go to the sales room and greeted by a gent asking what I was after. I explained I was here to pick up a replen kit. Only to be told this wasn’t the right place. I then had to drive a further 25 minutes away to then pick up this pack so an additional 50 minute round trip. Then you’d think the £250 “CASH” price would at least have been reduced for my troubles and their lack of communication. No of course not. Add to the insult it would have been cheaper to post it to me than me drive. So all in all a poor experience. Lack of customer care all round. A shame as we was going to purchase an additional garden room but not from Arctic Cabins now. Classic response and would have reconsidered but I’ve lost my 10 year warranty because you couldn’t help me. That means there is no after care available correct? That’s what I thought. So one star remains as was myself feeling out of pocket.
