Julie B (student hub advisor) is an absolute asset to the student support team and to Arden as a whole. I’ve recently had to apply for a break in learning due to personal circumstances and reached out to student support for some guidance. Julie has been absolutely incredible, answering any and all questions I had quickly, offering me helpful information, making sure I understood the process, and just generally being so kind and supportive.When applying for an additional extension today for the same reasons, she has this actioned within 10 minutes. 10 minutes!!! On a Friday afternoon!! As a distance learning student, this has made what could have a very stressful time absolutely easy and I’m very grateful. Big up Julie B !!!
