Deeply Disappointed – Poor Communication and Long DelaysWe bought a sofa from ÁREA in November 2024. The initial delivery, scheduled for January 1st, 2025, failed due to a transport accident in which the entire shipment was destroyed.We were told we would have to wait 4 more months for a new one — which was later extended to 6 months.We did not accept the alternative option of switching to a more expensive product. We decided to wait for the original sofa we had chosen.On the day of delivery, we clearly requested for it to be delivered between 9:00 and 11:00 AM due to an urgent need — they were late, and no one answered the customer service phone.This has been a deeply frustrating experience, marked by lack of responsibility, delays, and poor communication. I cannot recommend ÁREA to anyone who expects professionalism or respect for their time and purchase.
