This company does not respect Consumer's Rights

This company does not respect Consumer's Rights and makes a mockery of Customer Service (non-existent).Early March I ordered shelves and paid the full amount including delivery cost. I was told delivery would be 6 to 8 weeks. 8 weeks later, having had no news, I went to the store and was told that the delivery was 6 to 8 weeks from that day!! I told them that I had to conclude a decoration and proposed they sell me another item (costing double the one I ordered) at the same price I paid. They refused but offered me a 10% discount on the more expensive item or a voucher for the amount I paid with a 12 month validity. I refused and sent them my Bank Account number for them to transfer my money.They ignored anything I wrote and later informed me that the shelves would be delivered within the first fortnight of June. (i.e. 14 weeks after my order). Unfortunately for them they failed that delivery prediction and contacted me in the 3rd week of June to say the shelves were ready for delivery. I reiterated to that sales person that I wanted my money back and he said he would pass it on to the 'higher' department. The very next day a different sales person calls to say the shelves were ready for delivery..... really????They say that according to company rules Area does not accept the return of orders.... but how can I RETURN something I never received???They're not keeping their end of the 'contract' so why do they expect me to keep my end and receive merchandise I no longer want or need???What a SCAM!!! ----------------Esta empresa não respeita os Direitos do Consumidor e faz pouco do Atendimento ao Cliente (inexistente).No início de março encomendei uma estante e paguei o valor total incluindo o custo de entrega. Disseram-me que a entrega seria de 6 a 8 semanas. 8 semanas depois, sem notícias, fui à loja e disseram-me que a entrega demoraria 6 a 8 semanas a partir desse dia!! Disse-lhes que tinha de concluir uma decoração e propus que me vendessem outro artigo (que custava o dobro do que encomendei) pelo mesmo preço que paguei. Eles recusaram, mas ofereceram um desconto de 10% no artigo mais caro ou um voucher no valor que paguei com validade de 12 meses. Recusei e enviei-lhes o número da minha conta bancária para que transferissem meu dinheiro.Ignoraram tudo o que escrevi e posteriormente informaram que a estante seria entregue na primeira quinzena de junho. (ou seja, 14 semanas após meu pedido). Infelizmente para eles, falharam mais uma vez na previsão de entrega e contataram-me na 3ª semana de junho para avisar que as prateleiras estavam prontas para entrega. Reiterei ao vendedor que eu queria meu dinheiro de volta e ele disse que passaria o meu comentário ao departamento “superior”. No dia seguinte, um vendedor diferente liga para dizer que as prateleiras estavam prontas para entrega... sério????Dizem que segundo as regras da empresa a Área não aceita devolução de encomendas.... mas como posso DEVOLVER algo que nunca recebi???Eles não estão a cumprir a sua parte no 'contrato', então por que esperam que eu cumpra a minha parte e receba mercadorias que não preciso ou não quero mais???
