Order placed on 01/10/2025 and paid 100% upfront based on a 3–4 month delivery time. That deadline passed without delivery. The company then unilaterally moved the delivery date to mid-March 2026!
A table of the exact model I purchased is currently displayed in their showroom. I saw it myself and even agreed to take that exact piece immediately. They refused to release it.
I wrote a complaint in the official complaint book while sitting at that same table. Absurd!
They refuse to return the money and insist only on issuing a store voucher or offering an exchange. I have rejected this many times. A voucher is not a refund — it forces me to remain their customer after a fully paid order was not delivered.
The case is already registered in the Complaint Book, reported to ASAE, and submitted to the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Center (CACCL).
I strongly do not recommend this store.
