Many reviews echo our experience! We placed an order and made a payment via faster payment. Weeks have gone by, yet they claim they haven't received it, despite us providing proof. No refund, no goods, and customer service has been horrendous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We've had to report this as fraud. After repeated requests to speak with a manager, we're told it will be resolved, but it's been weeks with no progress. All our payment details match what they have, yet no one is addressing this issue.
