4 seater stroller wagon. Had it 4 days and the wheel snapped off while my 18 month old twins were travelling in it. Thankfully they weren't hurt. 6 working days for a replacement part because they are unwilling to send it express delivery. I now have to beg or borrow a pram to use for my twins for the next week or more. Completely unsatisfactory response. Zero care given for the act my children could have been hurt. Many shipping companies offer delivery between the UK and Germany within 2 working days, but they are not willing to do what is necessary to rectify the issue within a reasonable time frame.Certainly would never use this company again!
