This is an update regarding a previous negative review I posted. I was really upset after spending over $500 on an order that was marked delivered without proof. After some waiting and initial lack of help, someone finally contacted me and resolved the issue within days. I do wish they had acted sooner instead of only after my negative feedback, but ultimately I received my items and am satisfied once again.
