I received an email that seemed to be from a well-known service, claiming I could claim an advent calendar for a small postage fee. Later, I found out they took a larger amount from my account. I spent a lot of time resolving this with my bank and contacting this company, who claimed I had signed up, which I did not. They promised a refund if I left a positive review, even dictating what to say. This feels misleading, and I cannot support a company that deceives people.
