I did not know it will be an membership, saw the advertisement on Facebook, and participate in the challenge i thought it was a give away. Thats where money out of my bank account just disappear, i had to take out a loan just to pay my childs school fees and food because of this scam. I really really would appreciate of you can refund my money. Please cancel this membership. Single mother with 1 income. Eugene helped me

This was not as advertised. I signed up to get 2 discounted SHEIN boxes but this was no affiliation to SHEIN. Via email, Emerald in the escalation department said he would refund my money.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Please be aware that when you order from this company, you are automatically enrolled in a membership charging hefty membership fees. That is not clear when placing your order. As a follow up...after trying to ask for a supervisor to call and a weeks worth of emails going back and forth asking how much they plan on charging me for mistakenly being a member for less than 30 minutes, they can not answer specific questions, consider calling at 5:30am a call back, and now holding me hostage saying they won't consider refunding anything until my review is removed! WOW...BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!Follow up #2-They refuse to refund me for something I ordered and canceled and never received. Maybe they are trying to charge me for a membership that was slipped in to my order that was canceled within less than 30 minutes?? I suggest you NEVER BUY FROM THEM!Follow up #3-I have been requesting my refund since Feb 4, 2026. It is now 2/16/26. Countless emails and nothing received by this company and they are trying to hold my refund hostage by only agreeing to issue the refund if I remove this review. Well I know I would want to know so I am not removing a review that could help others avoid this scam of a company.Follow Up #3-I placed an order on Feb 4,2026. I immediately canceled it along with a membership that this company slipped in to my order. I asked for a supervisor to call me back countless times and they called at 5:30am! I did not answer it. It is now Feb 17, 2026 and I still have not seen any refund for a product I never got and canceled immediately after learning you need a membership to shop with this company. After countless emails, they agreed to refund me for something I never got only if I remove my review. Now all of a sudden they want to speak to me???? There is nothing to discuss any more. Hoping to receive my refund but after asking over and over, I have not seen the refund come through. I will continue posting with follow ups until I receive my refund, hoping this rating stays at the top to warn others not to order from them.
