I received a hair transplant at Novin Ariana Clinic in April 2025. While I cannot review the outcome of the transplant, yet. I was very pleased with the experience and I absolutely recommend the clinic.The staff at Novin Ariana were warm, friendly, professional, and welcoming through all stages of care. The initial communication was through WhatsApp messenger. Arshia, my consultant was knowledgeable, very friendly, and had prompt communication throughout. I scheduled my transplant approximately 8 months prior and he maintained communication throughout and ensured all my questions were answered.Communication before, during travel, and upon arrival was also great. I was picked up promptly by a shuttle service and taken directly to BHT Hospital in Istanbul where I was met by Maria, who was welcoming and escorted me through the consultation process. The consultation was through and they explained the procedure and aftercare as well as answered my questions and concerns.I also booked dental care through Novin Ariana clinic, so following the hair transplant they drove to one of their contracted dental clinics, Estherian Dental Clinic, where I had my consultation for my dental work. The dental team was equally as impressive as the hair team. Because dental would take some days to complete, they got started right away!The following day was transplant day and the surgery was easy overall. The only discomfort you feel is the initial local anesthetic, but afterwards, its smooth sailing. They make sure you're comfortable through the day, provide lunch, and give you ample breaks through the process.Day 3 was post-surgery care - they provide you with after care instructions, a free after care kit and an optional kit you may purchase (it's worth it - I purchased it). They also wash and treat your surgery site with PRP injections.The rest of my trip was focused on completing my teeth operations. It took three whole days to complete but I honestly couldn't be happier with the dental team and the results. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and they made sure I was heading home happy and complete without any need for follow up care.Novin Ariana exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I chose them for my hair transplant and dental work - They truly treat you like family along the way and I most definitely recommend them; you won't regret it!
