The Truth About Novin Ariana (Ariana Health Clinic)I recently visited Novin Ariana for a hair transplant, and I want to share my honest experience, both the good and the bad.Faisal, the medical consultant, was very helpful in answering all my questions and sent me videos of past patients' results. However, the clinic operates out of BHT Hospital, and it seems more like an agency renting space rather than a standalone clinic.The "VIP" transportation was just a basic sprinter van—not as fancy as other clinics I’ve seen. The G-Rotana West Side hotel was modern but in a location surrounded by highways, so it was difficult to walk around without taking a taxi. On the day of my consultation, the taxi was late, and when I arrived at the hospital, I had no directions. Eventually, someone came to pick me up from the lobby, and the consultation was underwhelming—no introductions, and the doctor didn’t seem to know what I was there for. It became clear that Novin Ariana is more of a middleman, not a fully independent clinic.When I told them I didn’t want my photos on Instagram, it felt like they lost interest in me. After the payment, Faisal became much quieter and didn’t reach out as much. I expected him to be more involved during the consultation and procedure, checking in on me, but I never met him in person.On the day of my surgery, I faced another issue with the taxi, where the driver demanded payment despite the clinic covering it. The surgery itself went well, and the technicians were professional. The nurses were very nice, and I felt well cared for during the procedure, which was a positive part of my experience. However, I never saw a doctor during the procedure, which was disappointing.In the end, the surgery itself went smoothly, and I’m hoping for good results. However, if you’re looking for a dedicated clinic or a doctor who will be with you throughout the process, this might not be the place for you. The clinic's focus seems to be more on social media than providing a full, personal experience. I'm giving them a 3-star review because it wasn't what I expected.
