Freezing cold six weeks later!

I am sitting right now in a freezing cold house. Where my 80 year old mum has to wear thick jumpers and at under a heating blanket though the day in order to keep warm. She is also finding it to difficult to manage hygiene as the hot water turns off erratically after a few minutesWe had a boiler installed in 2019. Every year since then we have had to have one part of another installed or changed. Usually in the cold winter months.This last time I have had an engineer out three times and this has done nothing despite the fact they have practically replaced every part of the boiler.Over the last six weeks we have been in contact with Ariston so many times and the last two times we have had some very nice call handlers saying they would deal with the problem as a matter of urgency and have failed to do that.I feel really disappointed and will never ever install an Ariston boiler again and would encourage everyone who can afford to to spend the extra money for a Worcester Bosch, Vaillant or Baxi - all of which we have had good experience off over the years ( decades in fact). My mums Baxi in her old house is still going strong at 20 years!
